Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery


Next working day provided order placed pre-noon the previous day. Delivery Monday- Friday. Signature required upon delivery. Please note that the warehouse is closed at weekends so any orders taken during this period will not be received until the following Tuesday.


Saturday Delivery


Saturday pre-noon delivery provided order placed pre-noon Friday. Signature required upon delivery. This is not guaranteed.

* All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be despatched within 5 working days.

* We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforseen circumstances by the carriers

* If an order has to go into the alternations department, this may take up to 10 days, unless otherwise advised.

* Please note that we cannot deliver during bank holidays.  Any order placed during these periods will be despatched at the earliest opportunity on our return.

* Please note that, during sale times, we get very busy and cannot guarantee Special delivery (next working day).

International and Channel Island Orders

Pricing and VAT outside of the UK

If you order Products from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We have a policy of charging all customers the same throughout the world, so that the price paid in pounds sterling is the same wherever customers live (except for the cost of delivery). None of the significant additional administrative costs for overseas orders are passed on to customers. Equally, an effective reduction in prices through reclaiming VAT is not available.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock

Delivery costs are for a complete order and are regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues.

Please note, if part/s of your order are out of stock we will by default wait until all the items are in stock before shipping your order. Can my order be delivered the next day

UK Next day orders need to be placed before 12 noon the day before the required delivery date.(Subject to passing our security checks which can delay despatch).  These are guaranteed to be delivered by UK Mail the next working day. These will require a signature on receipt. Note: Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. There is a Saturday delivery if requested but this is not guaranteed.

All refunds will be made as soon as the returned goods are received.  A full refund will be made, less the initial postage, if the products are received back in good a condition.  Postage will only be refunded if the goods were received by the customer damaged or in a condition not indicated.

How do I pay for my order

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, AMEX card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through a payment gateway. We will not store any credit card details.

The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.

We currently authorise payment from your account at the time of order but debit the money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed

All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order.

What happens if I do not receive my order in the timeframe
