FAQ

How do I place an order?

To place an order on the Halon Menswear web site is very straight forward.  Select the item(s), the size and any other requirements - you will be automatically prompted if certain requirements are not selected. Click the "Add to Cart" button and then follow the on-line prompts in order to make payment.

Payment and Shipping

We currently use Paypal for taking payments, which is one of the most safe and secure ways to buy online.  Our shipping cost is a flat fee of £4.95 regardless of the amount of items you purchase.  Items will be posted the same day, however, your order will need to be placed prior to 4.00pm If we are unable to process your order the same day we will either contact you by email or telephone to let you know. In the majority of cases we will process orders the same day but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.Please contact us if you need the item urgenty as we will do all we can do to get your items to you quickly.

 

Do you only sell online?

No.  We have a real shop in Shrewsbury at 46/47 High Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1ST.  We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm.  We have such a great deal of stock in our shop, it's almost impossible to put it all on our web site, so we would positively encourage you to come to the shop.

Returns & Refunds
We have a no quibble returns policy.  Items returned unused will be refunded in full.  Please note items which are returned damaged will not be refunded.  Please ensure you return your items within 14 working days of recept via our online shop.  The cost for returning items to us will need to be payed for by  YOU the customer unless the items you recieved were damaged or incorrect. We suggest items are sent back to us either tracked or signed for as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 
Returned goods are to be returned with all packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made within 28 days of returning items to our Shrewsbury shop. All returns should be sent to us at 46/47 High Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1ST.  Our VAT number is 878 6229 68 and our company registration number is 5685081.
